John Gibbons is a registered Osteopath, Lecturer and Author and is demonstrating how to assess the spinal motion of the sacrum on the innominate (SI joint) and in particular posterior sacral torsions that is known as either a R-on-L or a L-on-R. These motions are non-physiological as they shouldn't happen, however they can and this video shows you how to find them.
